My client is a leading professional services firm.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage recruitment processes for experienced and graduate roles
- Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, recruitment suppliers, and the internal Recruitment Manager
- Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring the appropriate testing approaches are applied
- Obtain and consolidate feedback and test results, while invigilating testing environments
- Organise and lead candidate introduction days and feedback sessions
- Review and screen CVs to ensure candidates meet our minimum requirements
- Use the internal recruitment system to manage open roles, monitor candidate pipelines, assign competency scorecards, and track hiring progress
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Skills:
- A strong academic record is essential, including a minimum 2:1 degree in an academic discipline, and A-Level results at AAB or equivalent
- Relevant recruitment administration experience, ideally within a corporate environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Collaborative and confident, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

- £35,000 per annum
