Logistics Executive

We are currently looking for a Logistics Executive with 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or administration (logistics) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data handling, communication, and a foundational understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of data management within distribution or logistics operations will be valuable assets. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is desirable.
In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Logistics in overseeing key markets, including the US, Canada, UK, and EU. To be successful, you’ll need strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking skills, especially given the dynamic nature of our sampling campaigns that run concurrently across these major markets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with communicating with internal and external stakeholders and be a contact between warehouses, operations and distribution teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Organisational & Administrative support - Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and logistics data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data uploading & management
- Coordinate sampling campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics planning across multiple regions.
- Assist in planning, pricing and finalising the sample distribution within a budget
- Monitor day to day distribution and problem solve any issues
- Research and develop new leads and relationships
- Experience: 1-2 years in logistics, supply chain, or data management, ideally with experience supporting multiple regions or projects.
- Degree in Business Management, Business Analysis/ Supply Chain would be beneficial
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, including data sorting, pivot tables, and analysis. Basic knowledge of CRM tools especially HubSpot and familiarity with data management
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking capabilities to manage various concurrent campaigns.
