Family Solicitor – Our client, a large and highly accredited Legal 500 Kent firm with a long-standing reputation in the area has asked us to assist them in finding a further Senior Associate Solicitor to join their impressive family team.
About the Role
You will be joining a very well manged Chambers ranked department who advise clients on a range of matters including, matrimonial financial settlements, divorce process, injunctive applications, financial remedy proceedings, privately funded child related matters, disputes between unmarried couples and pre and post marital agreements.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking an ambitious Solicitor with at least 8+ years PQE who can become a key member of the team and add value to the practice. You will need to show experience of advising a range of clients on matrimonial financial matters at differing levels of wealth.An expectation to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation is a must, as is strong communication skills, good analytical and organisational skills, ability to market the team and oversee junior members.
