Join our team as a Team Leader to lead the change for a smoke-free future and transform lives!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in Leeds Stop Smoking Services, providing smoking cessation advice to the residents of Leeds.As the Team Leader, you will lead and support the delivery team, offering management support & supervision, with a focus on engaging behaviour change interventions for people at risk of developing long term health conditions and mental health illnesses who may wish to stop smoking and need additional support.
If you have:
- Experience creating a personalised service for clients with multiple and complex needs
- Like thinking of new and flexible ways of engaging clients
- The ability to work collaboratively and positively with clients and other service providers
