We are looking for a Key Client Director to lead and expand relationships through strategic and tactical business development. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional commercial acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of client needs.You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance our service offering.
Key responsibilities of our Key Client Director- Produce and deliver sector sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth and work with central marketing on the marketing strategy needed to support this.
- Monitor and control individual sales budgets to ensure spend is in line with agreed variances
- Protect, develop and grow revenue to achieve annual revenue budget for assigned portfolio
- Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to provide the conditions for revenue growth in the sector
- Work with the assigned portfolio of customers building relationships to retain existing business, deliver new cross sell business and identify new opportunities that meet sales targets and deliver sustainable profitable revenues.
- Network and influence sector stakeholders to ensure adoption of Nuffield Health products and services, securing long term revenue growth
- Define and communicate market requirements to influence product/ solutions development and pricing to satisfy customer needs
- Contribute to competitive tender or negotiation to ensure business is won for Nuffield Health
To be successful as Key Client Director you will:
- Be an accomplished and proactive sales professional (hunting and farming) with proven skills in business to business selling
- Have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a high-value client portfolio
- Have proven skills in delivering high quality work within constrained timescales
- Have strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, able to communicate well in both verbally and in writing
- Have a collaborative working style with a clear focus on delivering outcomes
Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
