Summary of the role

We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to join a very busy and dynamic Accounts Receivable team.

The role sits within the Accounts Receivable Team in the Financial Operations Department at the University of Exeter. The Financial Operations strategy encompasses cross functional working and a continuous improvement ethos, encouraging feedback to increase efficiencies, drive innovation and promote a positive and empowered work environment.

As a member of the team, key areas that you will support include responding to escalated queries, ensuring timely payments from our Commercial Customers and Students, reconciliations, aiding the creation of Key performance indicators (KPI’s) and a wide range of other key financial processes.

You will work closely with multiple individuals across various teams within the University in delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders. We are seeking a proactive, positive Administrator who will exhibit our core values.
