This is a key role where you will be setting up a lot of the operations planning needed for the long-term future of the Business Service Management (BSM) Group

This is a brilliant new opportunity for a Business Service Management Lead to help lead the Business Service Management (BSM) Group.

As the Business Services Lead, you will support the Head of Business Service Management with the day-to-day management of the team and the design, implementation and execution of deliverables and outcomes which support the Business Service Owners to manage the firm's Business Services.

You will have a real focus on assessing what services the business provides
  • understand who owns them
  • map the services/ create an operations map
  • establish the strategy
  • bring together and set up working groups to impact the future aspirational state ul>

The Business Service Management Lead will specifically drive the creation and maintenance of key governance, standards and MI including the establishment of the firm's Service Catalogue, which each service under management will utilise to help achieve quality and consistent outcomes for service strategy, governance, management, delivery and change.

Role requirements
  • strong experience in Enterprise Service Management (not just ITSM)
  • Knowledge and experience of having developed and maintained a firm-wide Service Catalogue
  • Strong awareness of dependency management and service mapping ul>
