Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Occupational Therapy team within Front Door Services. This role involves quick assessments and delivering essential interventions for patients in urgent care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rapid, high-quality assessments for patients presenting at the front door of acute services.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support patient recovery and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration and Band 6 experience in an acute setting.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
