What skills and experience we're looking for

You will be joining an experienced team and for suitably experienced applicants there is the possibility of a TLR for responsibilities within the department. Teaching and learning in Business and Economics is supported by a lead practitioner and the Assistant Head of 6thForm.

The successful applicant will:

• be an outstanding classroom teacher;
• have a proven and demonstrable track record of success at KS4 & 5;
• have a good understanding of the current educational developments, especially those relating to classroom-based practice;
• have the highest expectations of students;
• have the ability to lead whole school improvement;
• have an enthusiastic and positive approach within and beyond the classroom;
• have energy, stamina and a sense of humour.
