Accounts Assistant

Search is exclusively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing Dundee based client on a full time permanent basis.
M-F 8.30 - 5 with a 4pm finish every FridayFully on site, £28,000 per annum
What you'll be responsible on a day to day basis:
- Purchase ledger will make up 80% of this position
- Dealing with circa 60 invoices per week across 50 suppliers
- Raising POs
- Proposing payment plans
- Raising invoices
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet Reconciliation
- Sales ledger and credit control
- Other duties to support the accounts function
You'll be the ideal candidate with:
- Previous experience across purchase ledger
- ERP system knowledge, such as SAP or Oracle
- Self-motivation
- A keen eye for detail
