Aman is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual, a digital native who is excited to challenge themselves in a fast-paced, performance-driven digital marketing environment. This role would be perfect for someone in the early stages of their digital marketing journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital marketing team with revenue-driving initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the fundamentals of digital marketing, including performance marketing and social media. You will be required to prepare detailed performance reports for senior stakeholders, so a high attention to detail is an absolute must.

You will be organised and able to work independently on multiple requests, administrative tasks and projects all at the same time.

You will be a valuable member of the digital marketing team and report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. You will be based at the Aman corporate office in London and be required to be in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cross-channel digital marketing reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc basis.
  • Support in the creation and delivery of a wide range of corporate and property performance presentations.
  • Work with the analytics team to compile and send monthly performance dashboard reports to hotels.
  • Draft annual digital marketing trends reports and share with internal teams.
  • Manage approval process across different teams in the creation of Paid Social and Display campaign assets.
  • Support with day-to-day communication and weekly calls with our third-party digital agencies.
  • Support the wider digital marketing team on projects defined in the annual digital marketing roadmap.
  • Regular audit of website listings across the different search engines and third-party websites.
  • Support with the creation and editing of content across a variety of brand websites.
  • Manage the partnership with our website personalisation tech platform to drive performance.
  • Manage user access across different online platforms including Google and Tripadvisor.
  • Creation and upload of QR codes for use by the individual hotels.
  • Manage updates using project management software, including the set-up of new boards and workplaces.
  • Work with the Finance team to manage and process digital marketing agency invoices.
  • Processing of Digital team’s corporate expenses on a regular basis.
  • Co-ordinate team meetings, circulate meeting agendas and write detailed meeting notes.
  • Document and archive all activities for future reference and data compliance.
  • Provide administrative office support as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must already have the right to work in the UK.
  • Graduate or a minimum of 1-2 years' experience preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, travel or luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) is essential.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Fluent English, with strong organisational and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail orientated, investigative and persuasive.
  • Good communication and people skills, and able to work autonomously.
