We are currently recruiting for a well-established financial services business, based in the heart of Brentwood who are looking for a Data Administrator to join them for a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to impress a highly successful company with lots of development opportunities.
Within this position, you will be conducting research and producing reports both for the business and their clients.
Duties:
- Using Excel and internal systems to produce data and from this, complex reports for clients
- Inputting data onto the client database system
- Conducting research
- Producing internal communication for the business
- Creating and responding to client emails
- Setting up new clients on the system, data cleansing
- Logging client requirements
- Dealing with client queries
- Conducting 6 monthly client reviews
Experience & Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Competent with data, systems and IT applications
- Diligent and accurate
