About Your Role
To drive exceptional customer service in Charlotte Tilbury ‘sharing the magic’ acting as a host welcoming guests into the Boudoir, being an exemplary company brand ambassador, coordinating events and reflecting the brand values at all times to ensure ‘Win Together’.Supporting the team with overseeing the day-to-day operations in store.
Requirements
Key Accountabilities- Generally Managing the Boudoir space to ensure all Tilbury standards are maintain at all times, this requires excellent attention to detail and strong sychronisation skills
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure that counter targets are achieved so that we ‘Win Together’
- Be proactive by booking appointments in line with store rotas rather than taking a reactive approach
- 'Share the Magic’ welcoming and greeting guests this includes acting as host being hospitable offering customers refreshments before/during/after scheduled appointments
- Managing customer queries efficiently, using sound judgment and achieving positive outcomes, escalating to your line manager (where necessary) but thinking on your feet is an essential requirement of the role
- Responsible for answering telephone calls/queries and politely taking messages (if applicable)
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and your colleagues being an active team player
- Ensuring that all retail artists are running on schedule for their appointments managing, coordinating and realigning the timeline accordingly
- Maintain technology on counter, raising any operational issues to your line manager for resolution in a timely manner
- Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards at all times, reflecting your makeup look ensuring it is in accordance with the Charlotte TIlbury grooming guidelines
- Maintain high standards of timekeeping on counter to ensure team efficiency
- Support retail artists in putting sales through the till and gathering required products to ensure a smooth service
- Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open communication, professionalism and creativity at all times
- Embrace the challenge by having regular liaisons with the events team on upcoming events and commercially plan these in store
- Checking in customers appointments, allocating retail artist for bookings and ensuring there is a streamlined navigation process between bookings
