Patient Pathway Coordinator Apprentice | North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to the role of Patient Pathway Coordinator ( Apprentice) within Orthopaedic Secretaries to give a high level of staff focused customer service.
Apprenticeships are designed to give talented people an opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification while completing on the job training. You will be supported to learn and develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to perform in the job role.You will also have study time allocated within your working hours to gain your qualification.
For this role you will undertake a 22-month development programme in Business Administration within Orthopaedics, through work-based learning and by attending regular training sessions. Successfully completing the training programme will lead to anAdvanced Apprenticeship Level 3.
This position is on a fixed term contract with the opportunity to become permanent once the qualification is successfully completed and achieved.
Please be advised if you already hold a relevant qualification in this area at this level ( Level 3) or higher so in Business Administration or Business Management you are not eligible to apply for this role- Develop and provide a professional level of customer service for the service.

In addition to a full range of cancer diagnosis and treatment services, the Helen Rollason Cancer Support Centre is based on-site and provides services to support cancer patients’ wellbeing. We also provide community services and have a dedicated 0-19 service for children and young people in Enfield so that they can get the best possible start in life.
This includes health visitors and school nurses who are delivering the national Healthy Child Programme, which provides a structured framework for the delivery of key interventions to support the health and wellbeing of children and families from 0 to 5 and school aged children from 5-19.
