SEN Teaching Assistant – FIXED TERM
Required from 25th November 2024 to 31stAugust 2025
Salary: Grade 7 (£24,702 to £25,979pa pro rata), 30 hrs per week, term-time only.
Ashton Gate Primary School is a 4 form entry school on two sites, with Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 are based at the Ashton Gate Road site. Key Stage 2 are based at the Upton Road site. The Governors wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a fixed term contract. This role will involve working with a number of SEND children across KS2, under the direction of the class teachers and SENCO. Experience of working with children with complex needs and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and having good understanding of effective strategies for children presenting with challenging behaviour is essential.
