Mixed Civil and Commercial Litigation with Property focus | East Midlands
An established Leicestershire based law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ+) to join its expanding litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a steady flow of quality civil and commercial litigation work, largely generated through internal referrals.
The Firm
This full-service firm has a strong commercial client base, resulting in a consistent pipeline of dispute resolution and property litigation matters. The team is led by a highly experienced Head of Department, offering excellent mentorship and support.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload with a strong focus on:
- Property litigation matters
- General civil litigation
- Disputes arising from commercial and corporate client relationships
- Internally referred work from across the firm
The firm is open to both junior and experienced candidates, offering development opportunities for those at the start of their career, alongside autonomy for more senior hires.
Your Requirements- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) – NQ and above
- Experience or interest in dispute resolution and litigation
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues across departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A desire to develop expertise in property litigation
- Strong and consistent internal referral workstream
- Work closely with an experienced Head of Department
- Supportive environment with training and development
