As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management, making each day exciting and varied.?
Here's a glimpse of what your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch administration and customer service support ✅?
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette ☎️
- Utilising Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks ?️
- Utilising our client's in-house MRP system - ProgressPlus ?
- Raising delivery notes and invoices ??
- Informing customers of availability and delivery times ??
- Typing and proofreading delivery notes and invoices as needed ??
- Assisting with other general office duties as per the job description ?
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite ?️✅
- The ability to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks ⏳?
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills ??
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal ???
- Additional language skills would be a bonus, but not essential ?✨
