Edify is a hospitality management platform, providing cutting-edge software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to cafes and production facilities. Our platform streamlines operations, improves customer experience and drives revenue & bottom line growth for our clients.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role will based in our office in Bank, Central London.

Requirements

What does this job entail?
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams & the client themselves to identify needs, define product requirements, and develop a clear product vision for the new feature.
  • Translate product vision into detailed user stories and requirements, working closely with the founder, engineering and design teams to ensure a shared understanding of the feature's scope and functionality.
  • Prioritise feature development based on client needs, business value, and resource constraints, balancing trade-offs as necessary.
  • Monitor the development process, actively managing risks and addressing issues that may impact feature delivery.
  • Validate the feature's functionality through user testing, soliciting feedback from the client and end-users to ensure it meets their needs and expectations.
  • Drive the feature's successful launch, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion and client adoption.
  • Help facilitate all scrum-related activities (Sprint Retros, Kick offs, etc)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful products or features.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Figma and basic UI/UX skills are preferential
  • Experience within an early-stage startup is essential
  • Experience with JIRA &/or Linear is essential
