School Caretaker

My client is looking for a Caretaker to work at a School around the Bacup area. This is a Full-time Temporary Position to start ASAP, and it will be covering sickness on an ongoing basis.
You will be expected to work the following hours on a split shift:- 45am-9.30am & 2.45pm-6.30pm (Monday-Friday)
**They would also consider candidates who are interested in JUST working the late shift**
Candidates should have the following:- School caretaker/ site assistance experience, with good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site.
- Key skills would include being organised and reliable, able to use their initiative, and have good time management.
- They would be required to open/unlock the school on a daily basis, so keyholding experience would be useful.
- Cleaning experience would be beneficial
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS
