Assistant Farmyard Supervisor - Vacancy Filler
If you are looking to develop your career in a supervisory role, we could have just the role for you. We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Supervisor with experience and a genuine love of working with animals and children to join our friendly Farmyard & Adventure Playground team.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of animal husbandry and site cleanliness, as well as working alongside existing supervisors, taking responsibility to supervise and train staff. Not only this, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors while fostering a deeper understanding of the natural world.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including giving demonstrations, talks and educational tours, as well as caring for animals and playground equipment therefore, willingness and ability to be flexible across the site is essential.
This is a busy, public environment and alongside providing excellent customer service, you must have a strong awareness of the requirements for working safely in an open farm environment. A current first aid certificate is also desirable. This position is subject to a DBS check.
