Marine New Business Broking Manager

As a Retail Marine Account Executive / Insurance Producer, this is your chance to work from home full time or even be based out of this Broker's offices in Greece/Cyprus 6 months of the year!

Oh, and you'll be in a senior spot, heading up a new business team, representing a specialist, independent Marine Insurance Broker who have binders/facilities in place for Marine Trades, Marine Yachts, Marine Liability and Marine War business

A genuine differentiator from the typical 'generalist retail insurance broker' and will give you the platform to grow the existing book efficiently and quickly!

Are you looking to remove the red tape/politics out your life and be given full autonomy to manage and grow an existing team, bring ideas to senior leadership on ways to grow footprint across UK, Ireland and European market and have international travel.

Here as the Commercial Marine Manager, with full use of Acturis, you will lead a small team of Marine Brokers/Producers and be the main focal point between the team and the Directors. You will have a track record of developing new Marine Trades / Retail Marine business both in the UK and Europe and have strategies in mind to grow your footprint.

You'll be offered a strong salary and package deal, with option to work from home full time or out of the offices in Greece, with full international travel covered. An attractive bonus/commission structure will also be offered.
