The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
The Assistant Construction Project Manager will play a key role in a variety of projects, spanning from garden stonework walls and extensions to new builds, with project values reaching up to £10 million.
Daily responsibilities for the Assistant Construction Project Manager will include aiding in appointments and design management to facilitate the implementation of feasibility studies.
Moreover, they will be accountable for overseeing the project's progression from initiation to completion, ensuring timely project delivery.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager- Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree (Desirable)
- Good numeracy, literacy, and language skills
- Good IT Skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience of working in a Project Management or Building Surveying role / environment (Desirable)
- Good report writing skills
- £33,000 - £43,000
