Senior Quantity Surveyor.
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control costs.
- Administer the main contract, ensuring timely issuance of contractual notices and correspondence.
- Create and issue subcontract documentation and assist in the management and performance of subcontractors.
- Oversee the preparation and agreement of payment applications and develop project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the management and development of junior commercial staff.
- Continuously develop professionally by engaging in external networking and industry events to stay informed about current trends and innovations.
- Work positively and proactively to find solutions, offering open and honest feedback.
- Collaboratively work with clients to ensure business requirements are met.
Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements:
Essential:- Degree or equivalent.
- Working towards or have chartered membership of a recognised institution.
- Experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors.
- NEC3/4 Experience.
Desirable:
- Experience of managing and developing an individual or small team.
- Knowledge of CEMAR.
