We are seeking Pre Prep Coordinator to lead the Pre-Prep school, which will welcome girls aged 3-6 (Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2).

In this exciting role, The Pre Prep Coordinator will lead and inspire the Pre Prep School, welcoming girls aged 3–6 (Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2), and will:

• Lead and support the development and implementation of the EYFS curriculum.
• Work closely with the Head of Prep and senior leadership to ensure high academic standards and a nurturing environment.
• Mentor and support teaching staff through professional development, training, and curriculum planning.
• Promote a culture of inquiry-based learning, inclusivity, and pastoral care aligned with the Bedford ethos.
• Contribute to the recruitment and induction of high-quality staff.
