We're recruiting for an Estate Agent to join a fast-growing independent estate agency to work across both sales and lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to maximise earnings while building a long-term career in the industry.

This is a diverse role covering both sales and lettings, offering excellent exposure across the full property lifecycle, along with clear progression opportunities within a growing business.

The Role

As an Estate Agent, you will:

• Register buyers and tenants and match them with suitable properties
• Carry out property viewings across sales and lettings portfolios
• Negotiate offers and agree lets and sales
• Support both sales progression and lettings processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and applicants
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
• Work in a target-driven environment focused on performance and results
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch

• Experience within lettings or residential property sales
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Basic salary up to £20,000
• Realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000

• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
