About our Nursery
Busy Bees Rainham, rated Good by Ofsted, is a nurturing nursery with a capacity of 77 children, providing a home-from-home environment supported by a friendly and caring team. We enhance our children’s experience by offering dance classes from a local dance company, establishing links with a local football team, and hosting regular community fetes.Conveniently located just five minutes from the train station, we also offer free onsite parking for staff, ensuring easy access to our welcoming facility.

Role Responsibilities:
What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
