We are seeking dedicated Secondary School Teachers to join various schools across Essex and Suffolk for September. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and possess strong leadership skills within the classroom.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons that adhere to the national curriculum.
• Lead classroom activities, ensuring all students are involved and making progress.
• Assess, monitor, and record the progress of students and provide feedback to enhance their learning.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school policies and behavioural standards.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff and contribute to the planning and organisation of the curriculum.
• Participate in school events and activities beyond regular teaching duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven UK teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent subject knowledge in your specialised subject.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive, engaging educational environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
