The post holder will work as
part of the IT Department and deliver support and solutions direct to end users
in the workplace with the support of an experienced team. In addition to this you will attend Exeter

Commit to complete the level 3 at the Newton Abbot site. Required to Represent the Centrax apprenticeship scheme while attending functions i:e College Exposition, local School career fairs.
Work as a member of the Helpdesk Team which acts as a first point of contact for all employees reporting IT Incidents and making requests.
Gain knowledge of the Microsoft Office family of software.
To be able to work under pressure to analyse, solve and seek solutions to problems in an efficient manner, while keeping to the processes and procedures of the department.
Awareness of security principles around the protection of data on systems.
Understand the fundamentals of the core Business Systems and be able to use this knowledge to help others.
Able to work and cooperate within a small team to achieve team and company objectives.
Liaise and communicate effectively with internal customers including those in other countries.

Duties will include:

TrainingYou will attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) to work towards you Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.
Qualifications required- Maths and English GCSE grade C/4 (or equivalent).
Skills required

level.
