The school is looking for a determined 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant for the potential of a permanent position. The successful 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant will be confident and adaptable in working with SEMH Students helping them to meet their milestones and goals and giving them 1 to 1 support.The applicant would also have to work closely with Teachers to support the classroom.
The successful 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant/TA will have the following:- Experience working with SEMH students
- A calm, patient, and caring personality
- A good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
- Excellent classroom management
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process
