About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across primary schools in Amesbury. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to teachers and help create a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
  • Support individual students or small groups with their learning activities.
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Assist with the supervision of students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school trips.
  • Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and build positive relationships with students and staff.
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to various school settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
