Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)Location: Norwich
Salary: £23,500 to £25,500 per annum
Our client, a wildlife trust is Norfolk's largest environmental charity with 38,000 members. The charity is committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk’s wildlife and wild places.
The organisation is seeking a highly motivated team player who enjoys using their own initiative, is flexible, organised and target driven. This key role has 2 primary objectives:
- Support the creation and development of new and existing membership initiatives to drive growth through acquisition, retention, and reactivation of members
- Support the creation and development of new supporter journeys & initiatives which deepens their involvement with the Trust
Relationship management experience is essential as this will be key to making the role a success.
