We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of up to 120 properties. This role requires managing all aspects of property management, from viewings to dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, flexible, and adept at using digital tools for property management.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct property viewings and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Create detailed inventories for each property.
• Perform regular property visits to ensure maintenance and standards.
• Manage utility and council tax arrangements for properties.
• Handle deposit lodgings and returns, including managing any disputes that arise.
• Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilise digital software for inventories and visits, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must possess a full driving licence; owning a vehicle is a bonus, though pool cars are available and business miles will be compensated.
• Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with landlords and tenants.
• Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks as needed in a small team environment.
• Comfortable with using digital software for property management tasks.
