Vehicle Damage Assessor Responsibilities:
- Working closely with clients and customers you will be inspecting damage on vehicles to access what work would be required, time scales and cost for any work completed.
- Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex).
- Looking at the most cost-effective repair method.
- Be able to explain why you believe the work is required and liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner.
- Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues.
- Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperwork.
Vehicle Damage Assessor Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
- Ideally you will have the ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation though this isn’t essential as we will consider candidates with time served experience.
- Professional and confident character who is able to deliver a strong customer service.
