Job Description- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company's objectives
- Analyse sales figures, market trends and customer behaviour to determine product needs
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure product availability
- Implement seasonal changes and updates in line with retail calendar
- Manage inventory and supply chain to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness

The Successful Applicant
A successful Merchandiser should have:
- Proven Merchandiser/ Analyst experience in a core Fashion Head Office role
- Strong analytical and organisational skills in an omnichannel fashion role
- Experience working with Buying and Product teams
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or other data tools
- Highly trend-led and fashion-savvy in the U.K. retail market
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
