Digital Marketing Manager
Music Masters is an award-winning charity which aims to empower young people through music, supported by proactive teachers, diverse role models and a truly inclusive music sector. Through our ever-growing national programme of activity, we aim to bring music into the lives of thousands more children, and we now need a handson and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in making this happen.
The post holder will support teams to brief, create and deliver plans and manage brand assets, including the Music Masters website, helping the organisation to achieve consistency of identity and voice across all outputs and channels for effective engagement.This is a cross functional role supporting all departments
Essential requirements:
- Good communications skills
- Experience of scheduling and maintaining long-term plans
- A relevant qualification and/or direct work experience in Digital Marketing
- Understanding digital channel marketing processes and strategies: PPC, SEO, CRM, content marketing, social media platforms
- Knowledge of Google applications, Tag Manager, AdWords etc.
- Previous experience maximising the effectiveness of digital marketing and campaigns
- Experience of improving website performance, sign up etc.
- Proven ability and track record creating good quality written and visual content in a previous role
- Experience of using standard software and tools such as Mailchimp and Canva
Desirable:
- Skills or experience in videography, photography, and podcast creation
- Knowledge of the education and music sectors

LOCATION: A balance of remote working and working in Music Masters' office (Kennington, London SE11). A minimum requirement for office working is one day per week, currently Wednesday, although in this role additional time in the office will be necessary for successful delivery of the role.Days to be agreed.
HOURS: Part time (28 hours per week, not including 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day) with flexibility over whether hours are worked over 4 full days/ or across 5 days.
SALARY: £27,005.60 (£33,757 FTE)PENSION: Contributory Pension incl. 5% employer contribution
BENEFITS:25 days annual leave Pro Rata + bank holidays + 3-4 days during office closure between Christmas and New Year, Employee Assistance Programme
