What you'll be doing
Your key responsibilities as the cleaning supervisor will consist of:
- Ensure proactive supervison of teams on site. Responsible for overseeing, support, training and development of the team in order to deliver an efficient, high quality, financially beneficial service Elior UK
- Responsible for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
- Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the team supporting the Service Champion as appropriate
- Responsible for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
- Working alongside our cleaning manager onsite, supervising a small team on either shift.
