We are looking for a Head Chef to join a fantastic gastro pub in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. This award-winning gastro pub has a 1 AA Rosette menu and a loyal following in the area. The Head Chef will have full autonomy over the menu, featuring 100 Scottish meat and fish, with dishes that evolve seasonally based on the freshest local produce.This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to take ownership of the role and showcase their skills in a beautiful location.
