It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job PurposeTo provide overnight support in the home for a lady with Cerebral PalseyLocation: Sprowston, NorwichDetailsDue to Cerebral Palsey I have limited mobility, therefore I require assistance transferring to and from my wheelchair, some personal care and with general light domestic tasks including help with meals.
I have a very pleasant adapted home, and although I am shy when first meeting new people I will be friendly when I get to know you. I have a good relationship with my current carers who have been with me for many years. I am hoping to find a new member of the team who I can trust and who has a friendly, caring nature.The night time role will allow carer to have periods of sleep however they must be on hand to support when called to assist me.Person specificationListed below are the skills, competencies and qualities that are essential and desirable for the post.
