Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure efficient and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and events, both internal and external.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Contribute to the overall functioning and efficiency of the Business Services department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Attention to detail
