We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders
• Use project management software to track progress and update project status
• Utilise Service Now for project documentation and reporting
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to support project objectives
• Create systems diagrams using Visio for project planning
• Supervise project tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Utilise Smartsheet for project scheduling and resource allocation
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing project timelines and deliverables
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve project issues

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using Project management software for tracking project progress
• Experience with Service Now for documentation and reporting purposes
• Ability to gather and analyse requirements to support project goals
• Competency in creating systems diagrams using Visio
• Strong supervisory skills to oversee project tasks effectively
• Proficient in using Smartsheet for scheduling and resource management
• Exceptional organisational abilities to manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently
• Capability in conducting root cause analysis to address project challenges
