Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on patent strategy and portfolio management
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Handling oppositions, appeals, and infringement matters
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing expert advice on complex IP matters

Requirements:

• Finals Standard or Newly Qualified Patent Attorney (Engineering)
• Strong technical background in Engineering disciplines (eg Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Benefits:
