Warehouse Operative - Forklift Driver - Woodston, Peterborough PE2
upto £12.92* per hour & excellent company benefits
Full-time, permanent 37.5 hrs/week
Various shift patterns available: Early/ Late
Monday to Friday ( either 6 am- 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm shifts) occasional optional overtime ( paid at a higher rate)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing temperature-controlled logistics organisation based in Woodston, Peterborough, for a full-time Warehouse Operative with MHE (Experience with Counterbalance or Reach)
Key Responsibilities include: -Warehouse Operative (Forklift) - Woodston, Peterborough PE2- Unloading vehicles and receiving goods in and out
- Loading on company transport and third-party vehicles
- Accurate preparation and picking of orders
- Working with computerised and RF warehouse management systems
- Ensure stock is rotated correctly
- General housekeeping duties
- Carrying out all duties while adhering to Health and Safety requirements
- Previous distribution centre, chilled store, or warehouse operative experience desirable
- Reach/ Counterbalance truck forklift experience is essential
- Happy to work in a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius (clothing will be provided)
- Good standard of education & fluency in English”
- Motivated individuals with the ability to use their initiative as well as working as part of a team
