IT Business Analyst

Do you have solid Business Analysis skills? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to analyse complex business problems.

1. Apply structured techniques to investigate wants, needs, problems, and opportunities.
2. Document the current situation and apply relevant techniques to structure information.
3. Assist in the development of options and recommendations for change.
4. Model business processes using relevant techniques. Perform Analysis of systems and business process, i.e as-is/to-be and root cause analysis, as a key input to the development and enhancement of IT enable solutions.
5. Perform business process analysis and improvement.
6. Redesign business process models to reflect changes in working practice or deliver improvements.
7. Investigating current systems, identifying organisational and operational issues, and developing innovative IT solutions.
8. Designing and overseeing test specifications and conducting rigorous testing before rolling out systems.
9. Working closely withß technical and business users, developers to ensure the technical viability of solutions based on requirements.
10. Undertake requirements elicitation with stakeholders to identify business and user needs.
11. Analyse, validate, prioritise and document functional and non-functional requirements for business situations, using relevant techniques.
12. Identify data requirements relating to business improvement.
13. Assist in the management and controlled change of requirements.
14. Defining, authoring, and maintaining CSV documentations for new releases such as validation plans/summaries, UAT and QASR test plans/summaries, user requirements specifications, IQOQ, SOP's.
15. Support the creation of data models to illustrate how data is represented within a business system.
16. Compare current and future state business situations to identify the changes required for business improvement.
17. Define acceptance criteria for business and system changes, and support business acceptance.
18. Identify and analyse stakeholders impacted by a proposed change, understand their perspectives, and assess how their interests are best managed.
19. Assess and document the drivers, costs, benefits, and impacts of a proposed business change.
