Responsibilities- Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary training and orientation.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in organizing and implementing employee training programs and performance evaluations.

- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases for tracking employee information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
