We are seeking a Medical Rostering & Temporary Staffing Specialist to join a dynamic team at Croydon University Hospital. This pilot project will focus on managing the rostering and temporary staffing needs for medical staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:• · Overseeing medical staffing, ensuring accurate rostering and temporary staffing solutions

· Utilising Optima, TRAC, and Bankstaff systems to manage and streamline staffing operations
· Attention to detail in ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and effective staffing levels

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience in medical rostering or temporary staffing
· Proficiency in Optima, TRAC, and Bankstaff systems
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Available to start immediately
