Scope:

To take ownership of demand and new business lead-generation activities. Working closely with the Business Development Team and external agencies to drive high-quality leads, utilising a complete marketing mix approach.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop short-term and long-term demand strategy plans
  • Provide campaign, management, delivery and KPI reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with the product marketing manager, vendor alliance team and sales practise leads to identify target personas, provide market segmentation and leverage opportunities and value propositions.
  • Partner with the new business team leader to provide leads, understand sales drivers, sales objections, align on priorities, capitalising on any opportunities, provide end-to-end reporting and accountability.
  • Work with external Web, SEO, PPC and demand generation agencies to achieve the appropriate marketing reach and pipeline.
  • Utilising the data and results across all levels of the new business marketing and sales funnel, analyse performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals and modify approach as needed.
  • Leverage the marketing tech stack (Salesforce/Hubspot/Zoominfo/Google/Wordpress) to provide reporting, tracking, and accountability.
  • Grow the team and manage a digital campaign specialist

Qualifications:

  • Has 5+ years’ experience in B2B Growth Marketing, focusing on early-stage growth.
  • Have a proven track record of crafting marketing strategies and plans that drive leads that convert to pipeline and revenue.
  • Is an expert in managing the B2B lead funnel, from lead MQL to SQL to opportunity to close.
  • Be proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting list and intent tools (Zoominfo, Demandbase, Cognism).
  • Provide strong project management skills who can successfully coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, messaging, prospect data, content assets mix, timing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • A strategic understanding of lead scoring and be data-driven with the ability to analyse and pull meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Has experience partnering with external agencies and leading/influencing internal content and creative teams.
  • Experience in planning and maintaining campaign budgets and proving value and ROI
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player.
