What you’ll do:
To be responsible for the maintenance across all ACT sites. Controlling the prioritisation of jobs through a calendar system, ensuring staff and building needs are met.
The role is based across all ACT sites and fits within the Procurement Team reporting to the Procurement Manager.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.

What you are responsible for:
To perform minor repairs and maintenance of all buildings and equipment where required.To perform preventative maintenance in buildings inc. tap temperatures, flushing etc.
To repair doors, locks and closers.
Install window blinds, notice boards etc.
To respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
To assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repair plaster, drywall and painting.
To maintain records of scheduled maintenance proceduresObtain estimates for supplies, repairs parts and order parts if needed.
Any other duties as requested by your Coordinator or Manager, which may be necessary from time to time.
