Summary

Our Receptionists/Hosts work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

To provide the best service to our customers the ideal candidate will need:

• Strong Communication - Proactive communicator with our management and dealership teams
• High levels of Customer Service - innovative in your approach to creating experiences and someone who will use their own initiative where they think it will delight a customer
• Strong Organisational Skills - You will need to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs, to back this up, excellent organisational and preparation skills are required coupled with a genuine passion for detail.
