As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations outside of regular management hours.

- Ensuring optimal utilisation of company materials to minimise operating costs
- Taking accountability for the quality and output of products manufactured
- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on production performance
- Collaborating closely with other shift supervisors to maintain operational efficiency
- Previous supervising experience
- A background in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Previous experience working within the plastics/recycling industry (beneficial)
- A background in injection moulding/plastics processing (beneficial)
