Finance Manager

Role Overview:As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial management processes and ensuring the company's financial health and growth. You will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial planning, while working closely with senior management to drive the company's continued success in the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee financial operations, including cash flow management, expense control, and financial risk management.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives through cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and drive efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
